We were delighted to provide funding for another fantastic project located in the heart of Wimbledon Village. The transformation of a tired, detached property into this beautiful, contemporary 4/5 bed home, located close to the village. Along with the complete gutting and rebuilding of the inside of the house, the developer levelled the drive and excavated under the original garage space, to free up additional basement space, creating a house of over 3,000 square feet. Z2 Partners provided bridging finance for both the purchase and renovation of the house. The project took approximately 12 months and the loan was repaid from the sale of the property.
