The complete renovation of a tired house into this beautiful showcase 5-bed family home in South West London. The project involved the complete strip-out and re-configuration of the existing internal space, the construction of extensions to the side and rear and a reconfiguration of the roof in order to create additional living space. The final stage was the beautiful design and decorative finishes shown here. As can be seen in these photos, the end product was a standout family home. Z2 Partners provided bridging finance for both the purchase and renovation of the house. The project took approximately 14 months and the loan was repaid from the sale of the property.
