Z2 Partners was approached at the beginning of 2019 to provide funding for a project to renovate a small semi-detached cottage in Berkshire, with the aim of a complete renovation combined with an extension large enough to convert the cottage into a family-sized home. Funding was provided prior to the planning application being lodged, and the resultant planning permission allowed for almost a doubling of floor space. The original interior was extremely dated and tired, and the developer went back to the brickwork everywhere, extending and reconfiguring the entire premises.
As can be seen here, the final product was a beautiful country home.
