These three houses are the first of three phases of development on an old business park in the town of Bargoed, in the Rhymney Valley. With these now sold, we are working with the developer on the next phase, on what was an old engineering facility, converting it into eight apartments, which will constitute phase 2 and which we expect to be on the market later this year. The final phase is currently awaiting on planning permission. This is a good example of a long-term facility where we provide flexible terms to the developer, allowing the facility to change through the various phases of the project.
