These barns were completely derelict when our developer purchased them at the back end of 2020, with a view to converting them into holiday lets for the developer's portfolio.
Over the following nine months they replaced the roof and windows, chased out the bees and set to on the internal conversion on the barns, including the creation of a new mezzanine level in the main barn and the partitioning of each barn into self-catering accomodation. A separate gatehouse was turned into a storage area and admin office, and the outside areas were furnished with dining areas and a couple of hot tubs.
