We were approached at the beginning of 2018 to provide funding for the construction of this beautiful set of terraced houses on the grounds of a former school in Chardstock, near Axminster. This was part of a larger project, building a total of five houses on the former playing fields and converting the interior of the original Victorian school into a pair of luxury apartments. The project took approximately 12 months and the loan was repaid from the sale of the properties.
