Z2 Partners were approached at the beginning of 2018 to provide funding for the conversion of a derelict Dutch barn into a contemporary family home, undertaken by an established design, construction and renovation firm. The result was the unique and wonderfully designed house illustrated here, complete with two acres of land and views across the rolling hills of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We took every available opportunity to visit the site during construction, to witness the transformation and to see the superb attention to detail. As can be seen, "our" barn was one of two being converted at the same time and each was detailed beautifully to the owner's requirements. The project took approximately 12 months and the loan was repaid via a refinancing of the property.
