We invest our own funds, so we can make our approval and on-boarding processes as painless as possible, with a minimum of form-filling and box-ticking, unlike a commercial bank. We are transparent on our fees and always try to offer competitive rates. We would usually expect to take first charge security on the underlying property, or equivalent, as security against our loan.
